Day 1: Flames of the Forest
The magic of tropical North Queensland starts tonight. Just 50 minutes from Cairns and a world away from the everyday. Your transfer will take you into a magical place - the rainforest at night - and in this timeless setting relax with the warm glow of Australian hospitality, fabulous food and a selection of wines.
Learn about Australia's oldest living and connect with two local indigenous brothers in the timeless and spiritual setting of the world's oldest living rainforest whilst they share a piece of their remarkable culture with you, in a setting where they adventured as children.
Set in the traditional grounds of the Kuku Yalanji people, we invite you to connect with our country’s ancient people through storytelling, didgeridoo and song whilst immersed under the canopy of the rainforest. Seating your with other travellers, we create a world connection and blend contemporary food with an intimate, Indigenous performance, encouraging you to explore, through your mind, something new by way of the eyes of another.
This fully inclusive evening includes a cultural background, story telling, ever inspiring didgeridoo playing and mesmerising, haunting song coupled with an abundant, locally sourced, seven dish plattered banquet served to shared tables of ten and a selection of wonderful wines.

Day 3: Kuranda Skyrail and Scenic Train
A visit to Kuranda is a must do when visiting Cairns. The Skyrail and Kuranda scenic train are the two ways to visit this little rainforest village. The day is not so much about Kuranda itself – it is more about the journey there and back ie the train and the skyrail which run either side of the pretty rainforest covered gorge. The Skyrail provides spectacular views over the canopy of the rainforest on its 45 min journey. There are 2 stops on the way – an info centre and a boardwalk, so we allow 90 mins to do the whole journey including the 2 stops. The Kuranda scenic train also takes about 90 mins and makes a stop at the stunning Kuranda Falls where everyone gets off and takes photos.
